I've never seen up load that fast either. It has been my experience that it's usually 10 to 1 . 50 down 5 up!

Hey Bob! That's the way my Cortana works also. I have to repeat those 6 things, then she works for awhile. I'm thinking Cortana has a short memory like me LOL. Then it's back to clicking on the mike every time. I'm hoping when the anniversary up date rolls out next month that will get fixed. I've heard rumors that there is supposed to be big improvements with Cortana. I kind a like Cortana for a dictionary. She spells pretty good. I'm new to the forum. Only been here 3 weeks. Hi There! Here's some things you need to know about a In-place- repair-Upgrade! You will only be able to do a repair install of Windows 10 from within Windows 10. You will not be able to do a repair install at boot or in Safe Mode. You will need at least around 8.87 GB + what Windows is currently using of free space available on the Windows drive. The installation media (ex: ISO or USB) must be the same edition and build as your currently installed Windows 10. If it's not, then the repair install will fail. I forgot to up date this thread. The PC was a HP. I tapped F11 on restart,and took the PC back to factory. Then up dated it to W10 with the MCT flash that I createdv from this link here. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/ I hope no one encounters this. It's a PITA!

Hi there! I realize this is a old post, but it was not answered.If you are clicking on this thread, here's what you need to try. Cortana needs to learn your voice. You will have to repeat some things to Cortana while she learns your voice. There may be times when you will have to repeat this procedure. I know I have had to do it several times. Hi onenil! Welcome to the forum! You may get more replies from other members latter. This is the best that I could come up with. I would think you could do any thing in W10 that you did with W8. I don't know why anyone would want to rollback to W8(Yuk). When ever I'm doing things like this, I always create a back up image of my OS, so that I restore my OS exactly like it was the day I created the image. IMHO as long as you maintain full administrative rights, you should be able to undue any other profiles that you create! I say should be able. Wow! I'm impressed with your Ping and upload! I've never seen my upload more than 5Mbps. I call my ISP a lot. Not just for me, but for the seniors in my village. I'm not impressed with Sudden Link, but it's the best I can get. You must be on fiber to get those speeds. Sudden link is promising to bring fiber this way, but it won't be any time soon. IMHO! There will always be PC users that don't like chance. After all, W7 was a great OS and still is. IMHO the only bad OS was W8 and I never ran it. At first I didn't like W10, but now I'm really enjoying it. I'm waiting to see what the anniversary up date is all about also. I'm sure we all will be over whelmed. LOL I'm sure @Brian has all the facts!

Though Picasa is a well-known photo organizer and editor, Google has had much more success with its newer photo storage and sharing application, Google Photos. Thanks for your post! Those are also all good programs that you can use to scan for malware. Which ever programs you feel confident with are what you should use. Those are well known, tested and trusted programs!

Hi there! Share your down load speed. Here's mine. The Ping sucks, but the other looks good. Up load is usually 10-1, so that's OK Some times my ping is a lot better! I don't have a clue why that happens. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5459670434
