Lost password to my Windows 10 PC

Hi  I hope there help out there, I'm LOST.   Here is my problem lost log on pass word.  Can't logon to safe mode to delete password. F8 no longer works. Cant' get into BIOS.  external drive can't be used.  I know there  has to a way to do this.  Its been suggested to me to use a format disk.   Please, Please, Please!!!! HELP.Thanks

This tool doesn't work for Microsoft account user , thanks ,
