Well, we are only two days away, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Microsoft pulled all activation keys for Windows Insiders last week. I tried to create a fresh VM with 10130 and can't cuz of that.

Could be MSFT is just pulling everything, including updates for now, and will go for the grand finale Wednesday.

yeah that's my guess. I'm not going to worry about it until Wednesday.
