Trying to get Bluetooth working. I have followed 10 instructions several times, phone icon says could not find connection. B/tooth connection is checked on, recognition is stated, have checked  for send or receive, I just am missing something. If I call Verizon they will tell me it's something else, out of warranty period with Lenovo, I'm lost, pls help. I was thinking the phone had to be out of case for signal, am I correct ?
