Hi there! Here's how I deal with the malware and the other pests. I use these programs. If there is any thing left after using these, I don't worry about them. IMHO, if you are still having problems, it's not malwareware related.

Malwarebytes Anti-root  https://www.malwarebytes.com/antirootkit/

JRT  https://www.malwarebytes.com/junkwareremovaltool/

Adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

Malwarebytes free https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

ESET on line scanner http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

These are all freeware. If one of them finds any sigh of malware, I run it again and it comes up clean the second time! I have the cleanest and best maintained computer in the computer world. LOL Here's a link for more on line scanners. My choice is ESET, but here's some more. http://www.ecloudbuzz.com/best-free-online-virus-scanners/

When running on line scanners, you can expect them to take 2-3 hours, depending on your PC. Mine takes 2 hours!

I hope you give this a look and if you have more suggestions, I'm always ready to listen and give them a shot.

Thanks! Going to post some screen shots and logs, so you can see what these programs do and look like!

Gary's suggestions are right on track for the most part what I recommend, but I do not reccomend giving Superantispyware "its head" as while it once was an awesome program, to day it seems to mostly pull tracking cookies and occasionally has hosed a system I was working on by being a bit too careless. I would rather add "Rogue Killer" to the mix for safety sake: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/roguekiller/

I also suggest "tdss killer" that includes a few more common rootkit issues http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/tdsskiller/

and I also like to suggest "autoruns" as well where you can remove many uninstalled remains from incomplete installations, to keep startup really clean

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/autoruns/

One more addtion would be "Win Patrol" which keeps startup and registry clean as well as prevent browser hijacking:

Oh and so you know some of what I recommended have paid versions but also all have free versions that are fully functional as well.
