Black screen

I tried booting up my Dell Latitude laptop originally running Windows 7 and recently updated to Windows 10 I've had Windows 10 for about a week now and I used alt-tab in my screen went black and I restarted and every time I started my PC now it shows the Dell boot screen and then a black screen no Windows 10 logo no sign in please help.

None seemed to work because most had to do with waiting for the windows logo and the only thing I can do is press f12 to st to the boot menu and I can use everything in it except diagnostics which just leads to another black screen
