Today Microsoft launched the latest version of Windows 10, Build 10074 for Windows Insiders in the the Slow and Fast ring.

I'm downloading it now on a test machine, and will have shots up of the new features asap.

It's also worth noting that since Slow ring users are included, there are already ISO images you can download and install. You can read more at the following Microsoft link:
