Help detecting keyboard

My computer restarted after a Windows update, but I'm stuck on "Choose your keyboard layout" screen. I'm currently using a Logitech USB keyboard, so I thought I'd try an old PS2 connection to see if it will allow me to select. It did not work. What happens when you select US ? Will it not accept your selection?

Can't select any thing. No keyboard detected. However I can go into the BIOS and make selections. I tried other keyboards with different interfaces and get the same result. 

The only thing I could do is reload Windows 7. The computer is working fine on Windows 7 and I'm reluctant to upgrade to 10.
