Windows tech preview build 10049 with Project Spartan Arrives

Microsoft today launched Windows 10 build 10049 for PC to Windows Insiders who are participating in the Fast ring for updates. While there are some minor tweaks and bug fixes, the big news here is its new web browser codenamed: Project Spartan.

Installed it. So far so good. Going to be rough however until i can get all my chrome extensions and add-on apps.

I would like to know how to make the appearance similar to the Windows Insider video I watched in January. Spartan is one of the main reasons I joined Windows Insider and installed. I have not been able to locate any ways to change the appearance or will that come in later builds?
