Audio Drivers & Bass Boost

Hello.

I refuse to update my Audio Drivers on Windows 7, because of the "bass boost" feature, which makes everything sound a lot better.

Is there anything like this on Windows 10 as well?

If you have that feature, I am assuming it's a feature that the manufacturer put in. So, in answer to your question, no, Windows 10 doesn't have a bass boost feature.

Of course, there are a ton of third-party applications that allow you to maximize your system's sound.

If you want sound that is much better than the integrated sound card on your motherboard, take a look at getting a dedicated sound card, like a Creative Sound Blaster maybe?
