Laptop screen is broken. Yesterday was using external monitor no problem. Today turn laptop on, I cannot get a full screen on External monitor. The app windows are in the taskbar and I cannot get them to maximize. Try to go to settings but of course cannot do anything due to the apps being in taskbar.

Any ideas?
