Sound device not working

i have installed window 10 pro technical preview build 9926. now my sound device does not work. the device manager says it there and working properly. but the computer in windows media and you tube and others can not find it nor read it. any help out there. thanks.

What brand and model is your computer? The the sound integrated? Are you running Windows Media center on this or Media Player.

Remember that Windows 10 is in technical preview, so bugs are sure to happen. Definitely make sure to report the problem to Microsoft via the Feedback app!

Hey Pastorjohn and olajoe: Apparently this is an issue that affects several users. But it looks like there is a fix.
