Can't DL anything from the Windows store

I've been trying to DL an App from the store for about 5 days now. It just sits there either at downloading or installing for hours. I've tried the wsreset.exe which doesn't work. Anyone have any other suggestions other than giving up? Everything was working fine until I had a system crash and had to reinstall my OS.

Have you checked to make sure all the latest Windows Updates have been installed? Sometimes Microsoft releases new updates for components like the Windows Store through Windows Update. Also review:

If that does not work, I would try creating a new user account to see if it resolves the problem.
