Recently my computer started crashing.  I tried recovery but it did not work so I decided to reset my computer.  ( Hp Pavillion x360 running windows 10).  The reset ran for 36 hours so I decided to stop it.  It immediatly went into reversing the changes and it ran for 24 hours then this am it changed screens which said it was at 3% and may restart several time, it also showed drivers updated at 6%. I was thrilled.   Well now it is 3:21 in the afternoon and it is still at 3%.  What in heavens name did i do.  and is length of time normal,
