Each time I try to print, the system defaults to the "Save print output as " window . I already have the relevant files saved on my hard disc, so I don't want to duplicate . My printer is correctly set as the default printer, with a Microsoft to PDF option. I cannot seem to be able to bypass this window and get the printer to work. My wife, also using Windows 10, has no problem in using our joint printer, so the printer is working normally.

I would welcome any helpful suggestions.
