Flexnet file

Hi. I use InDesign. Once in a while there is an activation problem and deleting the content of the Flexnet folder solves the problem. See the link below. I did this once on a Windows Vista PC, but can't find the Flexnet folder on Windows 10. Thanks for any help you can offer.
