Problem installing Windows 10 on Samsung Laptop

I have tried twice now,  unsuccessfully to download Windows 10 on this laptop.

I did it on my PC with no problem.   But on the Laptop it keeps stopping at a certain point (on updates) and will go no further with the installation.

According to the minimum requirements needed,  it should be able to take Windows 10.

Hi,  I am trying to upgrade to Win 10 from Win 7 Home Premium.    It goes right through the process to 100%,  then stalls in something to do with Updates.   I tried twice,  and and it stopped at the same place both times.   There weren't any error messages I could see.
