Apple Quicktime Critical Security fix

I've just run Belarc Advisor on my 64-bit Windows 10 system and it has reported that I don't have a Critical Quicktime Update - Hot Fix HT205638 - installed. It doesn't say whether this is a Microsoft or an Apple hot fix. (I suspect the latter.)  I have tried searching for it on the web but have been unable to find / download it. Apple's support page wasn't any help as I don't have any Apple hardware.

Does anyone know where I can download it from?

Thanks

If you have the newest version of QuickTime that should be in it and if you don't here is a prime reason why you need to update programs when updated verisons are available.

Software makers want you to use the newest versions of their software.
