  1. Well, i will need more clarification about you actual problem.. Let me help you with whatever I understood from you issue... You should try the below solution which may help you to fix the error. - In the upper right hand corner, there should still be a "Sign Out" button. - A popup will ask you to sign out/deactivate Creative Cloud. - Then it should immediately ask you to sign in again - You should sign in again. The most easiest ways you can fix this error are as follows: - By Disabling any third-party antivirus. - Running the Windows Update troubleshooter. - Checking Previous updates. - Clearing corrupt data caches. - Rename the SoftwareDistribution folder. - Reset Windows Update modules. Keep in mind, after this step, your device will update to the latest Windows 10 version. Click “Next” to continue. Click the “Reset” button in the “Ready to reset this PC” interface. First let me help you to Stop Mcafee from running in background:- Follow the steps below to ensure you stop the service:- - Right-click the McAfee icon at the bottom-right corner of your Windows Desktop. - Select Change settings > Real-time Scanning from the menu. - In the Real-Time Scanning status window, click the Turn off button. - You can now specify when you want Real-Time Scanning to resume. Then Select When I restart my PC from the drop-down menu. - Click on the Turn off button to confirm your selection.   5. Helping with windows software update error:- Try to reset software distribution folder: 1. Press Windows Key + X on the keyboard > select Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu. 2. Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. 3. Now you have to rename the Software Distribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the “ENTER” key after you type each command. net start wuauserv net start cryptSvc net start bits net start msiserver 4. Now restart the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. 5. Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it and then restart the computer. This will help you... Cheers..
