I am the Administrator and the only user of my HP Pavilion on which I recently updated to Windows 10.  I am on a metered connection, and am trying to use the suggestions on  the website to turn off automatic updates; however, I am not given the option to defer updates as shown below:

I would like opinions/suggestions on how to fix or work around.
