Can you create a new folder in windows 10 Mail?

Not yet. And that's just one reason I am not using it full-time atm. The other issue is not being able to move the reading pane to the bottom.

One workaround would be to go to your web client...like Gmail for instance, create a new folder there, and it should sync up with the app.
