Microsoft did release a new version of Windows 10 Mobile - Build 10459, HOWEVER, because of a bug, if you want to install it, you need to roll back your phone to Windows Phone 8.1 first.

There aren't a whole lot of new features in this build that would make going through the entire process of rolling back...etc. IMO. However, if you're a diehard it can be done.
