Recycle bin not working

Right-click on your recycle bin on your desktop and click Properties. 

Make sure the Recycle bin is actually enabled for each of your drives. Otherwise, that is the default behavior.

Here's my setup. For all my drives, the Recycle Bin is enabled but, for the F drive, since it's just an archive drive, I have the Recycle Bin disabled. You can see this in the screenshot below.
