Downloading it was a problem for me, and from what I've read, several other people. It would just hang at 0%

Here's what worked for me:

2 full restarts of my Lumia 635

After the second restart I ran the update and just let it sit, plugged into its power source, and after 30 minutes, I went to check on it, and it was upgrading at 33% and finally worked.
