Video signal cuts off for no apparent reason

I have this issue where my screen cuts to black several times and I hear beep-beep-beep from the speakers.

The sound is 100% identical to the one in this video, only less frequent.

I mostly experience the problem when multitasking and having several windows spread across my two monitors or when watching 4K videos from YouTube. Oddly enough it has never happened while gaming even though I've tested some pretty CPU and GPU intensive games.

Any ideas?

Absolutely everything I have is up to date. I frequently check for NVIDIA driver updates too - there has only been one so far and it didn't cover this bug.
