How do you delete an email account from the Mail application in Windows 10?

I do not have that option. The issue is that I have installed Of ice 365 and now it is constantly prompting me to make Outlook my default email client (which it is set as the default). I want to delete my outlook.com account from the native mail application in Win 10 to see if that will resolve the issue. I have already tried a repair of Office. I do not have that option.
