I was able to find a manual for Webscan: https://direct3.imagedepositgateway.com/WebScan/Documentation/3109/index.htm#t=WebScan-ch1-ovw.htm. Install updates: https://direct3.imagedepositgateway.com/WebScan/Documentation/3109/index.htm#t=WebScan-ch3-upgrade.htm%23Install_Updates_Using_WebScanbc-1&rhtocid=_2_0

It also gives you an install to update the latest version of the software - https://direct3.imagedepositgateway.com/WebScan/Update/3109/WebScanCapture_Setup.msi

I would probably just look around for a valid install MSI or EXE and go that path vs. use the auto-update. I don't see a URL to enable that update feature.
