10" tablet with Windows 8.1 up to date but not getting the Windows 10 icon?

Hello guys,

I've got a windows 8.1 on my 10" tablet and it's fully up to date with all the possible mandatory and optional KB patches from microsoft. The problem is that I don't get the icon which should allow me to reserve the Windows 10 here, do you know why this could be or what I could try?

On a side note, I've got a 7" tablet with windows 8 as well. I've not tried installing all the updates there yet, but do you think I should be able to upgrade to windows 10 there?
