E, nor F drives show up on my computer- windows 10

Help please!  I can't get E, nor F drives to show up on my PC.  I plugged in my WD Passport..... and that showed up on my device drives.  But plugging in my thumbnail did not.  I have info on this drive that I can't find.  I also have more work to do on it....... but if I can't find it, I can't.
