WXP to W10 - Is it possible??

I have a WXP desktop system. I want to know definitively if this system can be upgraded to W10, and if so, what problems will my other software have.

In the past when it was possible to upgrade to Vista or W7, there was a way to check my system and software that told me what I could expect. I cannot find anything like that for W10 upgrade, nor can I get the W10 "app" that is supposed to do this.

Anyone have any helpful ideas?

I have checked out that article, and it still doesn't allow me to check my XP system (with XP system you don't get the little flag!!) to see if it is up to snuff for buying and installing W10 on it.
