Surface pro repair (Windows 10 drive locked)

Hello all, I I have been locked out of my surface 2 pro by bit locker  leaving me with no access to anything but the 'command prompt' window .

I have No disc to help with the reboot. 

Please help

Hi Rod,

Unless you have a Bitlocker recovery key saved, you don't have many options. You will need to create a USB Boot Drive w/Windows 10 on it and rebuild your system.

      Does anyone have any idea why windows 10 constantly has to have it's network reset to maintain internet speed? It happens on both my desktop and laptop. I will go from 180 ms to a mind boggling 2.5 ms. I then reset the network and i'm back up but it is only temporary. Tomorrow I will have to do the same thing over again. Any ideas?
