Windows 10 conflict with HP All in One

After a recent W 10 update each I go to Sleep Mode, I cannot wake it up.  I cannot switch the computer of at the power button and must disconnect the power and then reboot.  I contacted HP and they took remote control and fixed the problem. Another update download caused the same problem.  HP would not fix it a second time as they said that it was a Windows problem and should be fixed by Microsoft.  Have contacted MS but to no avail.  Suggestions please!
