Resolution issues

While I was in the middle of some animation work, my computer thought it was a good idea to reset its resolution from a 16:9 ratio to a 4:3 ratio. In an attempt to fix the issue, I couldn't find any 16:9 ratios, and thus, I'm stuck with a warped image, as if the computer was trying to fill the voids left over from it switching the resolution.

Does anyone know how I might be able to get the 16:9 ratio resolutions back?
