i have had random black screen on my Dell XPS

same problem with Windows 8

it used to happen once a month or even less, recently much more, more often

yesterday 4 times and last 3 were back to back to where i just gave up and went to bed

No courser, Duel Screens, PC still running and NO FUNCTIONS at all... Hard restart is ONLY option

Nothing has been detected, tried all troubleshoots, advanced, read thru many posts none of them actually matches my problem

this is not a start up issue, it has nothing to do with updates and all drivers are up to date

My guess is it happens when i am on-line, of course i am always on line....no answers out there
