Remote connection problem thru VPN

Hello

I moved to a new Win10 machine at work,

I usually remote thru VPN to the office and open RDC to the machine

When I was in Win7 was 1 single try and all good

Now in Win10 1st attempt doesn't load the desktop complete, 2nd attempt loads correct but no mouse response only 3rd attempt loads correct ....all this lucky if I dont get the message Win10 is currently busy please try again later...

** I connect from a Win7 machine

Any ideas how to fix all this?

Try to use TeamViewer or LiteManager , remote desktop software. It's must work well

Make sure your new Windows 10 box is setup to allow RDP to the box. Also make sure its firewall allows RDP access. If yes to all, try hitting it by the IP address to see if it's not a DNS issue.
