How to disable auto-arrange in Windows 10 version 1803

My computer recently forced me to update my version of Windows 10 Home to the latest version (number 1803). However, I have over 3,000 documents on my computer and thus, I have placed them in folders so that I can more easily find the documents that I need when I need them. But, the new version of Windows 10 will not allow me to disable the auto-arrange feature so that I can arrange the folders or the documents in the order that I want them. So, is there a means of arranging my folders in the order that I want them in this version of Windows 10 Home?
