I wish to backup my contact list onto a  flash drive but I don't know how to duplicate the list to a folder so I can download to my 16 GB flash drive. I also want to include a copy of my document file to the same flash drive and once transferred I'm told I can send the two envelope files to their correct location in case the ones on my computer are lost or if I want to transfer to another computer. Thank you for your help.
