Hi how do i fix the screen with the above message?computer was running win 7 but had win 10 for awhile now been going great till few days ago.i dont have a boot disk.i downloaded a iso file to usb on a won 10 laptop.but i thought i downloaded 64 and 32 bit as was not sure what 1 my comp had.only 64bit on flash drive.if i downloaded 32bit will that fix it.its on U.S. keyboard. I tried pressing enter

Any help please.dont realy want to take to computer guy.trying to fix it my self
