I am trying to install a second monitor I have followed the directions but it still will not install, I have been using a second monitor for almost a year with no problem, all of a sudden I turn on my lap top and when I turn my monitor it makes my laptop go blank black, it is hooked up by a HDMI cable the Monitor says HDMI when it comes on the lap blacks out please help and I am not a IT man
