Loading Access 2002 in Win 10

I tried to load Access 2002 on a windows 10 machine got error 1919 and something that FoxPro database is not found

I found some remedies onthe internet but all seem quite drastic and not really applicable to Windows 10. Has any one have any other remedy?

I Ignored the error and got into data base but can not get the form wizard to work, otherwise old data bases I had created in Win 7 environment seem to work.
