Hello Everyone,

Decided to recover Win 10 from the image created on External Drive (WD My Passport). Recovery failed with the notice, that can not get access to files and error 0x80070005. Notice also asked to disable Antivirus.

So I disabled Antivirus and got the same Notice. After that I run sfc/scanwin and windows tool for malware removal "msert.exe". without any success.

After that I tried to use "safe mode", but found out that external drive is not supported in the safe mode. I also found out problems with creation of "Restore Points". After a few days they are gone???.

Any ideas how to apply Image recovery or create reliable restore points?
