I have an HP 320-1120m touch all in one desktop. I'm running Windows 10. I uninstalled some programs that someone on the HP forum said I didn't need. My live mail won't work now & the run command won't work. I did a system restore but they still aren't working. My Live mail rejects my logon as wrong user name or password but I can go online & sign in with that user name & password just fine. When I type in run it used to come up run desktop app & I would choose that but it doesn't come up anymore. Can anyone please help me?

I finally contacted MS & after hours trying to fix this I ended up having to create a new user account, transfer all of my files & apps from the old one & then delete the old user account. Now everything works!
