Spanish version needs switching to English version of Windows

My friend bought a new Lenovo laptop in Mexico with a Spanish Windows 10 Home edition installed on an SSD. The OS will not allow another language. How can I switch the OS to an English version? Do I have to buy another license? Thanks.

To switch the language of your Windows operating system from Spanish to English, you can follow these steps:

Open the Start menu and select "Settings" (the gear icon).

Click on "Time & Language".

Click on "Language" in the left sidebar.

Under the "Preferred languages" section, click on "Add a language".

Select "English (United States)" from the list of languages.

After adding the English language, click on it and select "Set as default".

You will be prompted to confirm that you want to change your language. Click "Yes" to continue.

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
