Generally, Windows 10 stores the list of WiFi networks that we connect. So to stop from connecting these saved networks there are some options. We can make Windows forget these WiFi network. Windows 10 comes with a graphical interface for this function.
Now, Microsoft has got an updated method for this. Simply you can open the WiFi popup, right-click and select the network that you need to forget.
Another method is using the device settings. Go to settings and then Network & Internet. Next Go to the Manage known networks in the WiFi category. There, you can remove the networks that you need to remove.
I am suggesting one more method. It is by using the Command Prompt. You can remove each network using the Windows Administrator.

These are some methods that I have followed and they were useful for me. If you need check  this article and get some more information. Thank you!
