on screen keyboard

Can someone please tell me how to keep the on screen keyboard permantly displayed? My external keyboard just quit on me. When Istart up the computer I get a keyboard error, click on escape to get start up menu, I cannot do this, no keyboard, is there another way to access start up?

Its very simple, you need just do-

• Go to Settings options.
• Click on Ease of Access

• Click on Keyboard then toggle the Use On-Screen Keyboard "On"

• Then finally you can see On-Screen Keyboard on your Desktop.
