Problem Running "Administrator" Programs From Desktop

If only just noticed this issue.

I have programs which are "run as administrator" - in the past I right clicked and ran these from the desktop as an administrator, Now all of a sudden I find that I can only run these programs from the file location in File Explorer. 

Any help would be useful.
