I've tried umpteen times. Get varying error codes. Different ways to upgrade, Windows Update, Upgrade tool, both via the booted OS and a USB drive. Always starts the install, reboots and then reverts immediately to the Win8.1 desktop.

Some of the error codes I've gotten:
