Action Center Question

Hello Everyone,

I know this may sound a little unorthodox, but for me... I'm trying to figure out a way to keep the windows 10 Action center open all the time and pinned as an always ontop window. This to me will be very handy and useful so that i don't always have to keep opening it up every 5 minutes to see my notifications. this would be very handy if i can have a registry hack that wont ever allow it to close after a certain time.. I did find the setting to extend my notification i receive , but that's really not too helpful to me.. i would rather have something that will allow the action center itself to remain open and remain on screen even while i'm doing other things in windows. If anyone can shed some light my way, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance.
