Please be warned that 0x9f stop errors can occur due to tcpip.sys problems with the Intel AC 7260 wi-fi card. This is on upgrading from 1803 to 1809. WinDbg gives the following 

BUCKET_ID_FUNC_OFFSET:  14

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_tcpip!FlpWaitForMiniportToReturnTransmittedPackets

BUCKET_ID:  0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_tcpip!FlpWaitForMiniportToReturnTransmittedPackets

PRIMARY_PROBLEM_CLASS:  0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_tcpip!FlpWaitForMiniportToReturnTransmittedPackets

TARGET_TIME:  2019-08-19T00:20:36.000Z

This is intermittent and the only solution that appears "reasonable" is to disable the wireless card, which is not  suitable for a mobile laptop. Toshiba support told me that my computer was incompatible with Windows 10 in spite of me using it with 10 for more than 3 years! One of their web pages even lists an out of date wi-fi driver for my model running Windows  10 64 bit.  http://anz.dynabook.com/support/computers/satellite/p50/pspmha-0ee04s/download?os=33
