Please be warned that 0x9f stop errors can occur due to tcpip.sys problems with the Intel AC 7260 wi-fi card. This is on upgrading from 1803 to 1809. WinDbg gives the following


FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_tcpip!FlpWaitForMiniportToReturnTransmittedPackets

This is intermittent and the only solution that appears "reasonable" is to disable the wireless card, which is not  suitable for a mobile laptop. Toshiba support told me that my computer was incompatible with Windows 10 in spite of me using it with 10 for more than 3 years!
