User Names

Hi. I use a Windows 10 computer - in the past it has been joint with my ex partner. So when it was setup, the user name created was, say 'AandB'.

Whilst I have now changed the user name via Win10 Settings to just A, in lots of other places it still comes up as AandB.  I guess it doesn't matter but it makes me very upset to see B still shown.

Going into Windows Explorer and then Users, on a right click there is no option to rename the folder - is there any way I can delete B from everywhere on my PC or do I have to create a new account, then delete the old one? My concern is that I will lose all the files associated with the old user name.

Many thanks
